Whisper Meadow has a pond that is indicated on our plat as Lot 101. There are two “commons” areas next to the pond, and one is labeled as a “Limited Access Area” and is shown in yellow.
Our covenants indicate the following:
“The area designated on Lot 101 as the “Limited Access Area” may be used only by the owners of Lots contiguous to the pond on Lot 101.”
The commons area designated in green may be used by any residents, but is not open to the public or for public use.
In simple terms, the area around the east, west, and south of the pond is for use only by homes with yards touching the pond. Everyone else can use the north end.
Additionally, children should never be allowed to play in or near the pond without adult supervision present. Also, please have them refrain from throwing the rocks lining the pond into the pond as those are there to prevent erosion of surrounding yards into the pond.
